Types of Implant Procedures We Do

Single Implant

Image

An individual missing tooth is replaced with a single implant, an abutment and a crown.

Implant Bridge

Image

Multiple adjacent teeth are replaced with an implant bridge. An implant bridge does not require cutting down healthy adjacent teeth—as a traditional dental bridge does—and it is more economical than replacing each lost tooth with an individual implant.

Implant-Supported "Snap-In" Dentures

Image

If you need full-arch or full-mouth teeth extraction, or if you have a traditional denture that is uncomfortable and unstable, an economical option is a removable overdenture held securely in place by two to four dental implants with ball-and-socket-style “snaps.”

New Teeth In One Day

This state-of-the-art option for replacing a full set of teeth pro-vides a great new smile in one day and restores near-natural chewing power.

Our Implant Treatment Process

Learn what to expect from your implant treatment
1.

Complete Exam & 3D Imaging

After a consultation to discuss your needs, your dental implant treatment begins with a thorough oral exam. The doctors take 3D X-rays with our dental cone beam CT scanner to get a full picture of your teeth and mouth.

2.

Meticulous Planning

Using the 3D data acquired with the CT scanner, our doctors map out the exact optimal location, depth and angle to place each needed implant.

3.

Gentle Tooth Extraction

If you have an old tooth or teeth that need to be removed to make way for your implant(s), our doctors will delicately extract them, all while preserving as much of the supporting bone structure as possible.

Preparing the Site for an Implant

The doctors provide bone grafting, when needed, in order to establish a stable, strong foundation for implant placement.

    New Teeth In One Day

Get a full arch of fixed-in new teeth the same day you get your dental implants!

New Teeth in One Day is the optimal solution for full-arch teeth replacement. It allows nearly anyone to replace a full set of teeth with strong, beautiful and lasting new teeth that cannot be removed except by a doctor.

This state-of-the-art procedure uses just four to six dental implants that are strategically placed to take advantage of the areas of greatest bone density in your jaw. A 3D X-ray, taken with our cone beam CT scanner, allows the doctors to see every detail of your oral anatomy, including the density of your jawbone and the location of your nerves. They will find the optimal areas for implant placement that take advantage of the strongest areas of your jawbone—this can sometimes avoid the need for bone grafting entirely.

After meticulously planning your procedure, the doctors will be able to remove any remaining teeth, place the implants and attach an aeshetic and functional provisional arch of teeth to the implants —all in one visit. You won’t have to spend any time without teeth!

Once the implants have had the chance to fully integrate with your jawbone, you will return to our office to receive your amazingly lifelike final teeth that restore near-natural chewing strength. You’ll be able to eat whatever you want again and smile with confidence!

Call 760-548-2855 today to schedule an appoinment to meet with our doctors and find out if New Teeth in One Day is right for you!
